Over 20 years in high-end residential home construction brings many experiences. Whether it is restoring a home that is over 100 years old or building a new home, those experiences have helped J I Building Concepts to develop The Three C’s that are brought to each project.

1. Commitment: when J I Building Concepts undertakes a project, it is committed to the entire process. Whether it is in Pre-Construction, Construction or Close-Out: J I Building Concepts is committed every step of the way.
2. Clarity: high-end residential construction has hundreds of moving parts, in the end it is a beautiful product. Unlike a luxury automobile that rolls off the line already complete, the client and design team in high-end construction are intimately involved with every aspect of the process. That’s why J I Building Concepts works to bring clarity to each aspect of the process; whether it is helping to establish the Budget, obtaining client approval for all OA’s or Invoicing, J I Building Concepts knows that clarity brings transparency and transparency builds trust.
3. Collaboration: while they may all be construction projects, each construction project is unique. With that in mind, collaboration is a key component for a successful project. J I Building Concepts works to build a collaborative approach to each project: from bringing the right sub-contractors to the project, working with each part of the design team, and helping each client meet their needs and goals.
